Philip S. J. Moriarty
Phil Moriarty earned both B. A. and M. A. degrees from Yale where he formerly served as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Following a career in advertising for J. Walter Thompson, Phil founded the executive search consulting firm Moriarty/Fox, Inc. and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Since founding the firm in 1974, he has assisted corporations and other organizations in the identification and evaluation of senior executives. Over the years, in addition to conducting searches in most industries and functions, Phil's practice has grown extensively in the area of Board of Director searches.
Community volunteerism has been a hallmark of Phil's life. He has served on a broad range of civic boards in the Chicago are, as well as a host of educational organizations, including foundations, colleges and universities across the country.

Steven W. Schroeder
Steven W. Schroeder is a partner in the firm with over 20 years of experience recruiting management talent to organizations. He has extensive knowledge of industrial products/capital equipment manufacturers in North America, Europe, and Asia. He holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School, a BS in Management from Northern Illinois University and is an ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. Steve has a consistent track record of successfully building profitable businesses against strong opposing forces and market conditions. His focus has been on small to midsized capital equipment manufacturing, distribution and sales organizations.
